Solar Fective

Terrible. Promised the world. Promised low prices. Kept delaying the delivery. Failed to meet delivery consecutively for over two months. Eventually had to give up and use another company.

I have been in the contracting business for more than 25 years and have relied upon the services of various companies to support me and my business. Absolutely the worse service in any category you can think of I would apply to solar fective. Numerous promises to deliver and zero results. Repeated lost orders, repeated measuring the same property. I promised tenants new blinds 3 months ago, still not installed. They cant find the order for a 3^rd time. As a result I have lost all credibility with my tenants. The tenants think I am giving them the run around and I expect they will soon want to with hold rent. Unless you like a living hell, stay away from this company. This is an order for 5 apartments total close to $ 20,000. Run! and don’t look back!
