I love this place — it is probably one of my favorite all-time places in the city. For starters, it has an excellent selection of ice cream and refreshing drinks. It also boasts a small but select newsstand –definitely an asset for the area, as there are few places to buy quality magazines, especially now that the International News has closed. Utility wise, it carries a web and print station where you can download and affordably print your resume, as well as being a full-service laundry place. On top of the store being clean, and the service being super friendly, I can’t think of more you’d want from a convenience store. It’s the ultimate.

The place is clean and efficient I’ll given them that! I am somewhat confused about the robots in the window — however friends that know me, will remark I am a HUGE fan of robots. So kudos for them for having them and also selling the tin collection! Supreme bonus in my books. They do a wash and fold — Hurray! I am sooo not into folding my sheets, how the devil does one fold them nicely? I mean come on, without all those wrinkles a week after you take them out of the cupboard, or shelve, under the bed or where ever one stashes there linen? Or towels? Great job on clothing too, still won’t bring my more sensitive items to be done, but by thunder who cares about jeans and T-shirts? There are a few others in town that I have scoped out, this one is ok.

This is one of only two places in Toronto that I’ve seen carrying the elusive TTC token holder, and here it’s only $ 1.50+ tax(it’s $ 4 at the other place). It also comes in green, black, orange and yellow(it’s blue at the other place). Sweet deal!
