Spotless Dry Cleaners

If you are looking for a cleaner who will care for your goods and complete their task on time, as printed on your receipt, take your business elsewhere.
I made it very clear that I needed my goods cleaned for a certain date, and the employee said it «may not be able to be done, but definitely the following day.»
I responded by telling her that would not suffice. I needed it for the date previously indicated, so she assured me she would do her best to have it completed by the date required.
My receipt was printed with the date that I required, and had made it very clear that it must be done by said date.
When I called to inquire if it had arrived, the employee told me it had not but it would be ready the following day.
Not only that, but the employee simply disagreed with me again and again without offering an alternate solution. At least humour me and pretend to care that you have disappointed your customer.
After going in circles, and having the blame pointed at me again and again, I had enough and hung up the phone.
What could have been the start of a great business partnership (I am new to the area) has now been besmirched.
I am left extremely disappointed, without my personal belongings, and will certainly be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DRY CLEANER!
I brought a white dress in that had a small drop of oil. When I picked it up, it had a huge hot pink splotch (4 inches in diameter) on the dress, gray splotches across the back and the fabric was completely warped. There was no note or anything to indicate that the dress wasn’t clean — they simply tried to pass it off as fine.
When I brought it to sales person’s attention, she laughed and said «we just send it to the factory — we don’t know what happens to it».
They sent it back to be cleaned a second time. I just picked it up. The neon splotch that was there the first time is gone, but now there is one on the back of the dress, in addition to more gray splotches across the back of the dress, and neon yellow marks on the sides.
Again, no note on the dress — the cleaner tried to pass it off as completely fine.
My dress is completely ruined. The people in the store had absolutely no idea what to do and absolved themselves of all responsibility.
I highly recommend avoiding this dry cleaner at all costs.
