Went in as a walk in for a pedicure. Place was clean and customers looked happy. Pedicure was ok. She did the scrubbing first which is not really how to get the best result.(Need to soak first while cleaning cuticles on he other foot) Wendy had no smile, interest or response to anything I asked her.(Yes she spoke English very well when she argued with me that I should not sand down a recurring chalice) A far cry from the recently closed Dragon nails nearby where everyone is friendly. I know it’s just a pedicure and probably no one really enjoys this job but seriously I smile even after I give you a tip(which was not really deserved) would be appreciated. Not sure if I’d recommend it based on the surly lady who I had. Will look for a new place.

Wonderful service! Went on a Tuesday afternoon without an appointment and got a mani + pedi without waiting! They made my feet look like new ;) New fave spot for Cabbage-town.

Awesome Mani-Pedi experience. The attendant was very friendly and she really took pride in her work. The foot massage was the best part. I would have given a 4 or maybe close to a 5 if I did not get attacked and almost bitten by the owners dog as I was walking in.

I think I must’ve come here on an off day, because my experience was nothing like any of the others posted for this place. I came here for a walk-in appointment for a manicure and pedicure and was seated right away. I have terrible feet from wearing heels and pretending to work out, so I asked her if she wouldn’t mind helping me out with that. Long story short, she didn’t, and my skin is still dead and resembles sandpaper. I’ve never had such a short pedicure before — 12 minutes and change and I was out of the chair. The manicure was not much better. I usually try not to get shellac or gel constantly because I have this weird thing where I think my nails need to breathe. My OCD aside, my nails bubbled as soon as she was finished and I brought it up to her. She layered on another top coat and just… left me there. My usual nails technician lady would usually bake my nails and then double check that they’re dry before sending me off. When she just… sort of walked away, I assumed they were good to go and left. Nope, the bottom was still wet and as soon as I grabbed my wallet to pay, 3 of 5 smudged on one hand. It’s probably my bad that I didn’t mention something to the receptionist about my nails smudging. But frankly, it was such a disappointing experience I just wanted to leave. Not a fan.

Great walk in experience today. I only received a shellac manicure today. The women was nice and on the quite side… which is totally fine. She was very gentle and thorough when cleaning up my cuticles. All there tools and appearance of this place is very clean to. I left with a fantastic manicure and loved the colour she suggested… It will wear well with all of my wardrobe. I’ll definitely be back.

It was an ok place. Just a regular place to get your nails done. Nothing special.

Awful experience. Arrived as a walk-in this past Saturday. I have some blisters on my feet and the lady who serviced me kept abrading and slapping it while she was giving me a pedicure. I Unilocaled loudly a few times but it did not deter her from making the same mistake the whole time. During my manicure she was working on my cuticles so much she made me bleed. She was not apologetic at all after, just rubbed it with alcohol to stop the bleeding. For my money I will never ever go back here again.

Arrived as a walk-in on Sunday around 11:30 and there was no wait. I just had a shellac manicure and eyebrow wax from Lida. The price was right for both– shellac mani($ 30), eyebrow wax($ 8). Cuticle work was pretty meticulous. Curing time for shellac was very quick as each layer was cured before applying the next. Polish application was clean, no clumps or bubbles. Hand massage comes at the end, not before polish application like most places. I’m always pleased when my eyebrows are cleaned up and not waxed until they’re horribly thin. She maintained the shape of my eyebrows and that’s what’s important. Overall very quick and efficient work. In and out in under an hour. Would definitely come back when I’m in the area.

Love this place, you never know who you will be sitting to. Lots of Rosedale ladies sitting along side boys from the village. The salon is not the fanciest, it’s clean and well stocked. The technicians attack my feet with enthusiasm, I never have a compliant. If you want a luxury day at a spa this is not for you. If you want a great pedicure in a clean salon, this is it. I highly recommend.
