Staff were very helpful and friendly. I came to buy marmalade and the lovely societe orignal honey. Turns out the marmalade I bought was made by the individual helping me which is nifty. I was pleased to see that they carry organic dairy and eggs and would definitely come back to get an edible gift or supplies for myself.

definatly a great specialty shop, the amount of crazy and weird items is awesome. huge fan of the chocolate milk that they have and the ghost pepper hot sauce… which is so good, my face went numb for a good 15 minutes defantly worth the price.

Their focus is farm local goodness. The Stasis crew connects and collaborates with amazing farmers and brings the best in for you. Their specialty are their preserves, jams and wide range of picked vegetables. With amazing local cheeses, meats and coffee and hot sandwiches its your one stop shop for lunch or after work to stock up. Featuring Toronto made goods as well it’s my go to before heading to a party.

A great selection for supplemental grocery shopping – selected fresh local produce, preserves, and frozen items all play second fiddle to some of their prepared fish and deli offerings. I bought a pack of frozen croissants and they turned out amazing. Will definitely be back!

I am so glad I found Stasis! Megan(who is the owners sister) is a darling and loves to tempt her customers with amazing preserves and smoked meats. The birch maple syrup is amazing, as is the strawberry rhubarb jam. They aren’t stingy with the samples which is good because mama likes free food! Their side cooler also has other fresh goodies such as smoked cheeses.

Love love love this place! This little preserve shop is a gem in the Roncy area, totally recommend it to anyone who is taking a stroll. It was a nice mild winter day and the sun was out, so my gf and I decided to walk down Roncy and we stumbled upon this spot. Lot’s of amazing stuff like Strawberry Rhubarb Jelly, Birch Syrup, In house made Stocks and Soups and DUCKFAT… yes. let me say that again… DUCKFAT!!! Very friendly service, with tons of knowledge of their product and you can often find them experimenting with new ideas and they are always happy to sample some of their delicious inventory. You can find Stasis Preserves at the Mercantile and the St Lawrence Market, so be sure to pick them up!

Lots of excellent stuff here. Apple pie in a jar jam? Super tasty. The onion chutney is great on sandwiches. Julian gets his fruits and vegetables directly from Ontario farmers and is always making something new. He’s also at the St. Lawrence Market on Saturdays.
