1 star is one too many! Terrible service and outrageous prices. Arrived to pick up a pair of pants that I wanted hemmed — said pants were not even touched. I got hurried out of the store and asked to come back. Cannot recoomend this place and will not come back!

If you only need to get fabric material clothes like dresses, pants, jeans etc. altered then go ahead and visit the store. If you, however, need leather clothing altered then find another shop. It’s not worth the risk or price.
I paid $ 110 before tax to get 2 leather Danier jacket’s sleeves shortened and ended up with hems that weren’t even straight! I would take the jackets back and have them fix it for me in accordance with their customer service policies but I am afraid that the sleeves would end up too short since there are no second chances with materials like leather once it has been punctured by a needle. Hopefully no one will pay close enough attention to my sleeves to notice that the hem is a bit wavy.
Also pickup here was 5 days later at least and at 5:00pm for this time with the leather jackets and another time I visited to have a dress taken in. If you’re in a rush to get the clothing altered then visit another shop.
