The best place to store your stuff. Very friendly staff got to mention Sheryl and Nicky very helpful they go out of their way to help costumers. Great place.

Prices = very competitive. For the space I needed, lowest I could find in the GTA.
Service = the managers they have there are generally very nice. Very personable, which can be difficult given the people/​issues they can encounter.
Facility:
1. Not the nicest, but it held our stuff well for more than 3 years, and none of it had issue with heat/​cold, moisture, etc.
2. Elevator: the outages and issues that came with it were sometimes incredibly difficult to bear. They really need to fix this permanently. They have reasons for this (after discussion), and I sympathize, but this needs to get fixed.
3. Trolley: Constantly stolen, so moving lots of crap in/​out can be a pain without the help. They need a system for this too.
In conclusion, despite the issues, prices & service trump the issues, and I’d rent from them again with the same information I have now.
