Their sign says «Get Fit Fast!» and I have to say they are right on the money. Having spent many years off and on at regular gyms, this one is a breath of fresh air. Every day is a different workout and the lack of mirrors and great trainers make each and every class a joy and a challenge, the hour passes by so fast, but at the end you really feel like you worked out for hours. Ideal for those who are tired of cookie-​cutter gym experience and want to work out in a style that has «Real World» applications.
They were listed in Details magazine for a reason ;)
