We have been loyal customers of Sunnyside Windows for years until one of the jobs they did caused water damage in my basement. They sent a guy who had no clue what he was doing and basically installed a down spout right next to a basement window. This cost us $ 3,000.00 in repairs. We PAID Sunnyside for this job approx 1,400.00 and they are refusing to refun is our money or pay for the damages THEY caused.
At first they agreed it was their fault and agreed to fix the damages but have now changed their tune. I’m very disappointed with their service and how they have handled theo situation. Unfortunately we are now going to take them to court!
