This is one of the busier TD Canada Trust locations in the GTA, not because of a lack of people working, but because of the large number of people in the area who rely on this branch. Thankfully, it is run very well. Though there is almost always a line up to see a teller, they are usually fully staffed, so the line moves extremely quickly. I have never waited more than five minutes to see a teller — it’s usually closer to two minutes on a busy afternoon.
Service has always been pleasant and polite, as you’d expect from any other TD branch. The tellers have always been very knowledgable when I ask questions, including questions about my credit cards, travelling and EasyWeb.
The staff is very ethnically diverse, which undoubtedly helps in the Sandhurst neighbourhood, as I’m sure many of the staff can help customers who aren’t comfortable speaking English.

I like this location, they are very helpful. It’s considered to be one of Canada’s busiest TD Canada Trust branches. As such, you have to expect to wait for services. If you are going to see a Financial Service Representative I would advise that you make an appointment in advance to guarantee your spot, because sometimes it’s so busy that they can’t see everyone. For teller service, they are usually fully staffed, I think I counted twelve tellers at one point, but it still takes about twenty to thirty minutes to see a teller. Bottom line, waiting in line should be expected at this location. Come prepared with all your identification too, because they will ask you. Besides the long lines and wait times, the service is top notch and delivered with care.
