I am so fed up with telus. I have been a customer of theirs since 2006… I am SO ANNOYED. They basically are charging me all these hidden fees and I cant really do anything about it because I cancelled me plan. I have called them about 8 times this month, sometimes SCREAMING sometimes trying a more calm approach but I have never been more infuriated in my life (and I used to be with rogers! HAH!) Anyway DO NOT go with this company, they are scam artists, their customer service people will LIE to you in order to steal your money. Not worth it. VERY frustrated!
Seriously, I wish I could give them a 0 star rating, they deserve it.

Unethical and disceptive business practices. Had in good faith maintained an up-​to-​date account with this company with no late payment for 6 months and then one day they decided to suspend my service on a holiday weekend because I had reached this «fictitious» credit limit of $ 200.00? This right in the middle of my billing cycle where my account had a paid in full balance of zero??? This was something that they decided to implement without my consent nor did they advise me of this when I originally signed up. Today (3 years later) I am much happier and much better off with NOT giving my hard earned money to Telus/​Koodoo thank you very much. This company has lost out of months of revenue and if they do this to enough people they will quickly be out of business! I pray that happens! Telus gets a zero rating out of 10. Stay away!

The day I visited this located the were understaff so the wait time was much longer than expected. This wouldn’t be so bad but none of the sales associates acknowledge this.
They left me waiting for over 15 mins without so much as an acknowledgement that I entered the store.
Some staff training is in desperate order.
