Terry is amazing!
He does great work, and came highly recommend by some friends in the Village. He always does a great job cutting my hair, and his prices can’t be beat.
Terry is also friendly and almost always has a spot open if I call ahead that day. I’ve not seen a better deal anywhere in Toronto.

I needed a quick haircut before the long weekend and called to ask if I can get one without an appointment. They were very friendly and said no problem. The service was great, I had one of the best haircuts and at $ 17 I’d say the price is unbeatable.

Terry has a great eye for what makes a good haircut. I’ve been to lots of other places and it always takes a few tries for them to get it right… Terry got it on the first time. He pays strong attention to detail, knows what he’s doing, and is very friendly.

This one man operation is a decent and very cheap hair salon hidden in the underground food court area at the Aura complex. Terry is a nice guy. I arrived early and since my appointment was at their opening time, the place was closed. He got there too though and let me in anyway. The haircut was pretty decent. Not the best I’ve had, but far from the worst. And considering the price he charges, it’s a pretty good value. He’s genuinely friendly and offers just the right amount of conversation.

I’v searched high and far for a hair dresser that is reasonably priced and actually good in the city. Terry is funny and took good care of my hair. He took his time and was masterful. The prices are more than reasonable. $ 17 for a cut and wash. With tax and tip I walked out a happy customer for only $ 25. This will be my new regular hair cut spot :)

I used to have to pay over $ 50 for a haircut that would take an hour at one place, and at another place, line up for 1 – 2 hours (didn’t take no appointments).
Terry is nice, friendly, punctual for his appointments, quick, attentive, and most importantly, does a good job at a great!
Highly recommended for men’s hair!

The worse hair cut I got in my life, seriously. It seemed like he did a lot of work but it ended up look terrible. And it costs me $ 30 not just like I saw others posted on Unilocal

Terry provides fantastic hair cuts at such an amazing price (especially for downtown Toronto). I have a high standard for hair cuts, and when I initially moved to Toronto, I was still going to my old barbershop in Oakville. Not the case since I found Terry.
Highlights:
— High quality men’s haircut
— Very reasonable price (I pay $ 20 with tax and tip)
— Terry is super friendly
— He always remembers you and your haircut
Also, Terry has provided suggestions to me on how to modify my hairstyle and after taking his advice, I have been sticking to the new style and have got so many compliments :)
BONUS: Connected to College station underground and if you live in Aura, he’s in the building!

There’s no one I go to besides Terry for a haircut. He remembers how you like it, it’s inexpensive, and Terry is always friendly.
I once had someone at a Best Buy come up to me and ask where I got my haircut. The stranger said I had to of paid at least $ 50 for my cut. I gladly told him about Terry and the haircut costs $ 17 (taxes in but not including tip).
I feel torn because the more people that know about Terry’s, the harder it’ll be to get an appointment… but Terry deserves to be known for his amazing haircuts. Highly recommend but call ahead or else you’ll be waiting a long time to get into his chair.

I am very picky when it comes to my hair, but Terry is the best stylist I ‘ve had. A friend of mine recommended him 2 years ago, and I wouldn’t go somewhere else.
He is very friendly, he remembers what I like and always does a good job. He takes the time to make sure you look your best. Even is he is busy, he is open long hours so you can always find a time that suits you.

I have gotten my haircut from a lot different places but I feel most comfortable with Terry’s. His prices are fair. He is always friendly and welcoming and most importantly he does a great job. One issue is that he is always busy (or when I come by) but I’m always willing to wait or you can call to make an appointment.
Side note: once he was busy and I was needing to get my hair cut, so I went to a nearby salon but they were terrible (review to follow). Should have took my own advice and waited for Terry.
