What a way to start the New Year???
The event was perfect!!!
VENUE
Bar setting and dining area. There was a cool room in the back that had albums.
It was well organized and the owner was super cool.
FOOD
Oysters were amazing!!! I was not expecting that kind of amazing quality. There were also several appetizers: sliders, duck froie gras, calamari, coffee cake and more. There was oyster beer, unique, I would have it again.
OVERALL
It was a nice turn out and it was a great opportunity to see fellow Elites and share some really great times.
Kudos to the CM’s. Super awesome owner!!! I will definitely be returning again!

I try as much as possible to not eat shellfish, crustaceans etc because they are really high in cholesterol. Seriously I have a choice to reduce my intake of this kind of food but I let it slide a few times a year for special occasions.
Umm yes this qualifies as a special occasion. I had my share of oysters, about a half dozen as well as a mussel and a piece of calamari. Ya I didn’t get fries, the fish and chips, sliders etc. I missed out on a lot of food because I wasn’t too concerned about it for some reason besides knowing that I can’t allow myself to go hardcore on shell fish.
You know I just had a Baconator for lunch and as much as I try to eat healthy (er) I just keep a balance the best I can. I love oysters. When I was younger I could eat an entire plate. To me even to this day they are a special treat. The last time I had them was about half a year ago.
The food and service was really good. The oysters were being shucked non stop for hours. The food was coming and coming and coming and it didn’t seem to end.
The thing is time flies when you’re having fun. I met a lot of people tonight. Some I had wanted to meet for some time and others I just met as a pleasant surprise. This event was fun. The food was very generous and very good for what I had. The drinks I had a few ok I had a few and a few but it was a good night. I didn’t have to drive and I had a taste of just about every beer available for the event.
Patrick was showing us the oyster and how it was like science class. Brian was very friendly and accommodating. The staff were great, events like this are a great way to start the year and it was simply too good.
