Leslie and Lakeshore — TERRIBLE. I paid $ 26 for my winter coat and they admitted it didn’t even leave the location(for 5 days). They just«spot cleaned it» — and used the de-fuzzer to «make it look nice». They didn’t actually CLEAN it. It was de-fuzzed but the white marks around the neck were still there and they said they forgot that part but would take it back and do it. I said no — they said I was not getting my money back. I had to complain to Loblaws — we’ll see how they help me. Please — don’t take your cleaning to this location — they ADMIT it did not leave the building.

This place has gone down hill. I can remember getting much better prices even just a few months ago to have a suit cleaned. I brought a winter coat and 2 curtains in to be cleaned recently and I was quoted $ 21 per curtain plus $ 27 for the coat. $ 70+ for 3 items is pretty ridiculous! I am planning to sell the coat so why I would sink nearly $ 30 into cleaning it? I was told that they give it the Canada Douche, err Goose treatment, as if dropping that name would make me think ‘quality’. I wouldn’t dare be seen in one of those ugly coats with the douche badge on the side so, why would I want to pay fur-hag prices to have my coat cleaned? When I mentioned the pricing being much higher than my last visit and he immediately offered a 25% discount, which is completely sketchy and just goes to show he knew he was ripping me off. I told him I could get it done for half what he wanted to charge me originally so the discount was not enough to entice me. It’s too bad because this location was convenient for me, but the exorbitant price combined with the Canada Douche sales pitch has really turned me off. I agree with the other reviewer, what happened to the nice young woman who used to work here? Maybe this operation has changed hands. There were two guys behind the counter doing the job that a Japanese robot could do. Update: Took it to Sunlight Cleaners on Broadview and it cost $ 45 for everything.

Though not the cheapest dry cleaner in the world they are pretty competitive on price. You’re paying for the convenience of them being located inside Loblaws but the woman that works here makes up for it with her friendly customer service. Prices(excluding tax): $ 2.37 for dress shirts $ 6.47 for dress pants
