DONOTDOBUSINESSWITHTHEM! I put down a deposit of $ 200 for a bench and it was never delivered. My husband and I went into the store four or five times to check on the status of the bench and each time we were told that it was coming soon. We never got it. After 7 months, we started asking for our money back. Each time we went into the store, one of the owners would say that they would give us a refund but they couldn’t process it. So I lost my deposit too. I made a complaint to the better business bureau but they refused to return my deposit through that site.

I’m a big believer in support small local business, I decided to have a piece of furniture custom made, I went in and everything seemed good, I gave the measurements and confirmed them by email, I was assured that the piece would be ready in 4weeks from date of order. I was contacted them on the 3rd week to see if everything was on schedule, then then preceded to tell me they had not even started the project and could I confirm the measurements? Did we not do this durring my consultation??? I was needless to say shocked, they lost the mesurements? and the order? they were so disorganised, they very rude then proceeded to blamed their carpenters and took no responsibility for the product they were to build. It is now week 5 and the the piece was to be finished on Saturday. and I received a message letting me know they did not make the piece. I called to find out what the problem was, given one lame excuse after another. I’m beyond disappointed. 5 weeks of waiting for nothing… Rude, and beyond unprofessional

Horrendous experience with customer service(I hesitate to call it that). My desk was never even made, let alone delivered on the scheduled date. Avoid at all costs. I got a refund and walked to a neighbourhood store and bought a desk there.

Ordered(and paid for) a custom table in November; it was to have been delivered Jan 14. We’ve followed up at least 6 times since(in person since they return neither calls nor emails) and we still don’t have a table. The first few times they had no idea who we were and couldn’t locate our invoice, and even after that was sorted out they still missed two promised delivery dates and then advised they couldn’t comitt to a date at all. When we demanded a refund they threatened my wife who was there with our baby. Now they are making false claims that we didn’t pay the entire price because they hadn’t yet picked up a cabinet that they were supposed to pick up when they delivered the table. It appears we’ll have to go to small claims. The lack of integrity I have seen here is shocking.

Let me start by saying that the table is beautiful. BUT the issues we went through to get it made it almost not worth it. We ordered our table in early November — they offered a before Christmas date. We said move the date to January 10 since we were away for Christmas. As our January 10th approached we started to wonder why we didn’t hear from anyone. Long story short they do not return calls and when they do they don’t know anything about the table. It took an additional 3 weeks to get, each time being told we would be getting the table the next week and someone would call us to set up a delivery date. The final kicker was they built the table completely wrong. We asked for metal legs and they put on wood ones with a skirt(not the look I was originally hoping for). We finally decided to just get the table they made since who knows how long the proper table would take to make. If you decide to go with them be prepared to not have your calls returned. His daughter does monitor their facebook page which ended up being the only way to get a hold of anyone.
