Roof Whisperer admits to missing a 0 in the quote, but still demanding $ 68,000
RF has initiated legal action in order to collect $ 68,000

If I could give a Half star I would! I didn’t even book an estimate the person on the phone was SO RUDE!
The woman on the phone would only state $ 75 for an estimate — when asked about emailed photos’s or anything else, she ignored my question and kept repeating her estimate fee. She then called me Darling several times, even when asked not to!
Then she said she had repeated herself 3 times and she didn’t have time to waste on time wasters like ME? as she has Real customers?
I was SO Shocked at the conversation, I called back for the owner — and was told she is the Chief? and disconnected again! Prior to going online to review, I called to leave a voicemail to get the owner involved — This call she did give the real owner’s number .
The owner was more polite, said that She (GENE?) was having a bad day! And that no she was not an owner.
The whole experience was Horrible — JUST STAY Away! The next company was SO Nice, does FREE Estimates and even TOLD ME HER NAME as this GENE is known in the industry for treatment like this!
