Worst experience at a Tim Horton’s EVER! We ordered a chicken salad croissant combo with medium iced capp and a donut, and half a dozen donuts. The lady that served us seemed completely disengaged and would pause for up to 8 seconds at a time to reply to our questions. The total wait time for our order was 18 minutes. We asked her what else we can choose as a side instead of donuts, she couldn’t reply. We literally ran through the entire list of options for her, and she would say yes or no to each item. The iced capp was all melted by the time she handed it to us. The chicken salad croissant did not taste anything like the 300 chicken salad sandwiches we’ve ever had at Tim HHorton’s, and that’s the only non-​pastry item we ever order from Tim Horton’s. Their chicken salad croissant tasted like tandoori chicken. I just wanted the simple standard chicken salad sandwich that I have been enjoying for many years at Tim Horton’s. If it was supposed to be flavoured with other seasonings, shouldn’t it be specified somewhere? There are 3 other Tim Horton’s in my surrounding area. This is the last time I will ever visit this location. Rest assure, a complaint letter is already on it’s way to the head office regarding this funky flavoured chicken salad.

Being a serial Tim Horton’s coffee drinker (3 x-small’s a day) I have visited many of their shops here in the GTA. However none even come close to to this one in terms of sheer efficiency. No matter how busy it may be at any given time (day or night), the staff is forever so friendly & helpful. Always preparing orders to perfection. Keep it up ladies & gents, as your service will forever be welcomed.
