I think this place was just taken over by new management, because the service is absolutely terrible as are the products. I was served a cinnamon roll yesterday that could’ve been used as a hockey puck because they obviously aren’t managing and throwing out old products. They haven’t had Coca-Cola in stock for two weeks now. And the staff are absolutely slovenly and look like they just rolled out of bed. Shut this place down Tim Hortons

Extremely slow service. Seems to be high turnover with staff because every time I go in there is a new face with a name tag that says trainee on it. I have to repeat my order multiple times for them to understand what I want and once I finally get it it’s usually incorrect. Worst Tim Hortons. Don’t bother with it.

Rude and short attitudes… Clearly very miserable staff. I’ve stopped bothering with this location because I leave irritated every time.

If I could give this place a ZERO I would. I am SO frustrated with this location and the manager for his/her lack of professionalism. Back in October my boyfriend and I went in around 8am. I ordered 2 oatmeals — one with maple and one with berries — for HERE. None of the staff listen at this location and instructions go unnoticed frequently. I ended up with my order to go. My bf at this point went up to the cashier and explained he wanted this for here. They then give us 2 silver trays with the ‘to go’ container on it. This is not what we wanted. I wanted my oatmeal in the actual dish, not a ‘to go’ container. At this point he went up to the supervisor who was so appalled that we interrupted her. She then YELLED across the restaurant that it was FORHERE! Totally unprofessional… it’s like we’re in a zoo. You couldn’t go up to your staff and kindly ask them to switch this for here, instead of yelling half way across the room? In the end we gave up — because what we ended up with was 2 oatmeals in the ‘for here’ dish BUT with BOTHMAPLEANDBERRIESONEACH. Totally incompetent. At this point I contacted head office. They promised me the manager would be in touch. NORESPONSE. I then took to Twitter and they also said they’d have head office call — which they did. The person on the phone again promised me the manager would get in touch with me. AGAINNORESPONSE. The service here is slow and the coffee almost never tastes fresh.

What happened to you Tim Hortons? There was a time when I loved stepping foot through your yellow framed double doors. Inside was a rotating cake display, friendly old ladies, fresh donuts and coffee strong enough to stand the hairs on your neck straight all morning. Now, it’s an assembly line with big screen TVs and the least attentive staff in the world. But, that’s not my issue here. It has to do with packaging and waste. Tim Hortons, you simply blow me away with your waste. My order was a soup and sandwich combo. The soup comes in a small waxed cardboard bowl with a plastic lid. This is placed into a waxed paper bag. The sandwich is wrapped in waxed paper, then placed into another bag and then put in the bag with the soup. To eat the soup you need a spoon and I guess a knife for some reason. These GETTHEIROWNBAG and are placed inside the first bag. AREYOUKIDDINGME? This will most likely be the only negative review I ever write. But you’ve got bad environmental karma Tim Hortons. Keep your US ownership, we should be ashamed to call you Canadian.
