We had the absolute WORST experience with TTAR. We paid A lot of money for them to come fix our dishwasher. They left before they could even verify if it was working. Shortly after they left, it gave us the same error code we had before the *repair*. After talking with them, they would not come back and continue the repair without us paying additional labour fees.
Shouldn’t that be covered under the initial labour fee based on the fact the job wasn’t finished? After speaking to his manager, I was given the run around, having to call multiple times, put on hold, and I was hung up on twice. So, All i got from ‘Tip Top’ Appliance repair was a huge bill and horrific customer service for absolutely nothing. The equivalent to throwing my money out of a car window on the highway.
