Toronto Vasectomy Clinics

On my 39^th birthday I received a call from my wife with the news that we were expecting our 3^rd child. Another child was not exactly part of the plan but we love him and cherish our family of five. After my son was born it was clear that I needed to get a vasectomy to avoid a fourth. I started searching for clinics and reviews but didn’t find a lot which is why I wanted to post this review.
I chose the Toronto Vasectomy Clinic partly due to the vast amount of information available on their website about the procedure. I scheduled my consultation a week later. It was important for me to get an in person consultation to get comfortable with both the doctor doing the procedure as well as the facilities. I was a little shocked when I got there and a female doctor, Dr. Susanna Yanivker, took me in for the consultation. She went through the procedure in detail and answered all my questions. She was both compassionate and very knowledgeable. I had the option of using a male doctor but I was sold on Dr. Yanivker.
The night before the procedure I had to shave my scrotum. I will admit this was the scariest part for me. It took me almost two hours but I did a thorough job.
On the day of the procedure, Dr. Yanivker took me in early. My heart was racing when she was doing the freezing which felt like a flick to the scrotum. Dr. Yanivker talked quite a bit during the procedure and had an engaging discussion. She had a very soothing voice that put my mind at ease and before I knew it, the procedure was done. I felt like asking the doctor, so when is the pain supposed to start but didn’t want to jinx it. The procedure was quick and painless.
My experience at the Toronto Vasectomy Clinic was incredible. I would recommend them and especially Dr. Susanna Yanivker to anyone looking for a Vasectomy.
