Today I bought shoes and the Sales Associates were very nice and helpful. I always frequent this location since I can always find my size(size 5.5−6) even during sales. I also like how this place is not very crowded compared to other Town Shoes locations where it can be a zoo inside the store. Overall, this is my favourite Town Shoes store to visit.

VIBE They have a nice selection here and a colourful display window. I found the staff here on my visit to be wonderful. I initially wasn’t going to try anything on but the girl asked so I decided to give it a whirl. She was super patient and answered all of my questions and continued to go back and got me boxes in another size just in case. I think it was because it wasn’t busy. When people started to come in, she wasn’t anywhere to be found. I waited for her and she was really nice and thanked for me for my service. Unlike the punks at Aldo down the street. I also really like on their website that you can tweet/share your finds with your friends with a click of their social media button. You can’t do that on competitor sites. Smart move Town! THEGOODS I’m super impressed with the number of boots, flats and loafers coming in. Whoo Hoo! OBLIGATORYCATCHYREMARK I’m going to town here.

This place pisses me off because the sales people here are ALWAYS rude and unhelpful. UGH. This particular Town Shoes location is right next to my work, so I’ve found myself browsing in here countless times over the years. Without fail, every time I go in, the staff NEVER ask if I want any help. WTF? Also, their sales kind of suck and everything is crazy expensive for what should be mid-price shoe brands. Even Nine West next door is way cheaper.
