Not lucky enough to meet nice customer service here at 55 Bloor W. The gentleman was quite miserable and rude. Came to the shop to see what kind of paper they have, the gentleman won’t show me because they have over 400 types of paper. I showed him some samples and he won’t give the estimates, he said it depends on the size and artwork. I indicated the specific size, colour and sample artwork and he still can’t give me an estimate because it depends on the artwork (!!!). What a waste of time.
I phoned them earlier and the guy on the phone was nicer and has a great sense of humour.

Ryan, the assistant manager, is fantastic. Not only does he have a great sense of humor, but he and his coworkers are incredibly patient and understanding when it comes to dealing with our organization’s printing needs.
They were really able to help us out of a bind when we needed special paper turned around on a tight deadline for a large ceremony, have given us competitive quotes for projects from business cards to outdoor signs to linen note cards and really go the extra mile when it comes to client care, which has become pretty rare these days.
