Mona messed up my eyebrows that one was thin and the other was thick. I have been coming here for YEARS, and I know I never want to come back here again.
She didn’t have the audacity to tell me she messed up, and blamed it on my brows. I grew them out for you to clean up. Thanks for making them uneven. #FAIL.

I decided that I needed a new flat iron. Like NOW. After the frizzy mess of hair from Friday’s rain I decided to make my way here to see what they have.
I’ve been here many times so know they have frequent sales. As I approached the wall of flat irons I must have immediately looked confused with all the names/​choices that I was not familiar with.
I was assisted quickly and given answers to the questions I had (none of that I don’t know, let me ask, you can check the website etc). If you are selling something then you should know something about it.
The item I wanted to try was on sale so I bought it and after a few days of use I am delighted with my purchase! The sales associate was spot on with her recommendation
The one ad thing is that they only offer exchange or store credit which kinda sucks if you want to try a blow dryer or flat iron out — they are not cheap items and if you don’t like them, well then you are stuck with a hefty store credit. At least with Sephora you can return the item. But I can’t afford a nearly $ 300 flat iron!
Lots of sale items, they carry everything from hair care, nail care and lottions, potions, waxes and fake hair/​wigs. They also have a salon in the back where you I saw a sign for a wash/​blow out for $ 20.
