Treeline Catering catered our wedding at Loftraum, who took care of both set up and tear down. They have a team of professionals(April is a gem) both in kitchen, in the bar and the floor that take care of not only the food but the overall quality/atmosphere of the party. Couple of staples that you MUST include in your menus are: jack and daniel pulled pork sliders, apple brie tarts, filet mignon, crêpe with berry compote AND their beef brisket poutine. We still have guests talking about the food, and I sometimes consider making trips out to etobioke in hopes of getting a bite of the sliders and poutine.
