Did you know Tristan has a Christmas return policy? Neither did I until my sister tried to return(with receipt) a top I bought her at full price. Their Christmas return policy is no refund or exchange past January 5th, regardless of when you purchased it. This wasn’t mentioned ANYWHERE in the store, online or by the sales associate. My sister was only offered a store credit for the amount of the top ONSALE! She wasn’t even able to get a credit for the amount I paid. I just lost $ 50 to Tristan because of their phantom policy! They need to improve their customer service. I will never shop there again.
