If I could give a half star I could.
They helped me out as a first time customer and new to vape.
However, the starter kit came with a broken canister and a battery that was defective. I called and was rudely told that I’m SOL. My purchase was less than a week old!!!
Sent an email and no response.
Recommend
over these guys any day.
Not impressed.

Popped in here this afternoon after having a brief telephone conversation. I was actually referred by a lady in a local dog park who saw me vaping.
The young gentleman who served me this afternoon (sorry, didn’t get your name, it was June 17, around 1:30) was very knowledgeable, and provided great service. He even apologized for having to answer the telephone. He knew what he was talking about, demo’d some things for me, and sent me away with some great new e-​juice for a much better price than I have been paying. He even offered to teach me how to build my own coils. I will certainly go back, even though there are choices closer to home. It was a nice break in the middle of my day, and a great Vespa ride!

My wife and i walked into this store just to find out a bit of information in regards to e-​cigarettes. I don’t smoke but i wanted to but a kit for my mother for her birthday. We told the guy we were just browsing and didn’t really have enough information yet to make a purchase. He was totally cool and sat with us for 30 minutes. He walked us through how everything works and what kind of options were out there. he asked about my mother’s smoking habits and then made recommendations on what would work best for her. He told us not to worry about the high-​end units until my mother has vaped for a while as everyone has their own preferences. He was so friendly and explained everything so well that we ended up buying a full kit at a great price.
Great customer service goes a long way!
Ps. My mom has been using the unit for a while now and loves it. The flavours he recommended were a huge hit.

This is the first store that I ever visited when I started to vape. The staff there is super knowledgable and won’t steer you wrong. My boyfriend and I have been back many times since then and they have always taken the time to help us out 1 on 1. Today I bought my first mech mod and the staff there stayed open after closing to teach me know to set up my coils. Even though I bought my RDA somewhere else as they were sold out, they STILL took over an hour with me to help me out. No attitude, just straight up friendly service. I highly recommend this shop to rookies or veterans.

Folks! I just fond some Five Pawns in GTA today!!!
Randomly found this place and walked in and found some amazing product. They carry all newest product like DNA30, Mini Naulitius, giant, and KANGERTECH TURBO! I was shocked they actually have Halo and Five Pawns! And I was told that they will be carrying 100% VG juice in the next week or two!
Probably this is the only place where you can get your Five Pawns from in Toronto and the juice was amazing. They have more than 50 sample to try out and i very love the taste of Tribeca, Castle Long, and QueenSide, but i only had about $ 200 on me so only grabbed the Castel Long, BVC coils, and DNA30. YO DNA30, goes up to 30W! but I have a BVC on my Nautalius so I vaped at 18Watts and this device gives the best teaste ever!
Once agian, tasted amazing! Great staff! Great place! Great juice!
Although i live around Markham area but I will be back in a week a two, need to grab some more Five Pawns, Halo, and one more IPV2 for one of my friend from Oshawa. Hope to see some more vape store like this in Toronto. Can’t wait till next visit!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff with the most up to date hardware and information. They also have a great selection of eliquid that you are free to sample. Something great about this store is if you give them a week between visits you are guaranteed to see a new product or promotion.

Nice to see another store in the beaches. Good prices and friendly staff… Nice selection of juice… maple vapes is really cheap under $ 7.00. Looking forward to the adding even more flavors. Will check them out again.
