Pretty eclectic selection of shoes that you often find in Europe. But the service in HORRENDOUS. If you’re seeking a particular type of shoe, see if this chain carries it but go purchase it at a different location or online. #NotRecommended

I walk by this store twice a day, to and from work and finally decided to go in! They have a great selection and the «comfort» shoes seem to have improved styles (for those of us who want to be fashionable and have to stand all day).
Having said that, I have been in twice so far and probably would’ve bought the beautiful pair of coral heels if the service had not been absolutely terrible. First time I was in, like others have said, I was ignored. Second time I really wanted to try on the shoes so I had to wait 5 mins and finally wave someone down. When I needed a different size or colour she was no where to be found. I had to constantly search people out. It’s too bad, I probably won’t go back. I’d rather give my money to people who give a crap.

The selection at this location is great. Service, like the previous poster said, is not great. Being under 40 in this store means you will likely be ignored. The shoes are a little over priced but selection always brought me back. After today I doubt I’ll go again.

This store is certainly bright & well kept. But the staff just ignored us when we walked in. I kind of had the feeling they weren’t going to give us any attention unless we seemed serious about buying something. I can understand that. But that kind of attitude would actually put me off buying anything at the store. What bothers me is that hubby & I saw some shoes in there that could be bought elsewhere for much cheaper. Not sure I would come back again to this location.
