The worst hospital I’ve ever been too. I’ve had to come to the hospital for two work related injuries in the last few years and both times have been very disappointed. The nurses joke and laugh and talk about personal issues while patients are in pain and crying. The first time I came there was for a broken wrist and the triage nurse pulled on the hand that was broken and this time I fell at work causing a head injury. Both cases weren’t the worst they have seen I’m sure but to show some compassion when other aren’t well especially when thing are slow in the ER. When someone has to wait more then 7 hours the get a broken nose realigned then you know something can be improved somewhere. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere anywhere else if you value your time, life and just care

I went here for an emergency and was promptly tossed out when my tests came back. The doctor on call didn’t even take the time to see me and had a nurse hand me a proscription. Disoriented and in pain. I’ve had a week from hell and only now able to get help from my family doctor. No X-rays or ultrasounds even suggested. INANEMERGENCYGOTO A REALHOSPITAL. You may not live if you visit this one. #ERfromhell #ER #emergency #Toronto #Etobicoke

I came here to visit one of my close friend who was admitted here. The staff here are attentive and very helpful. I asked for directions and everyone seemed very happy and willing to help me out. The building does show signs of ageing, not as big or that opening feeling in the lobby. But then it’s a hospital.
