Wing Machine

I’d love to recommend them, but I’ve never been able to even taste their food because of the bait-​and-​switch they love to play.
They are part of the «Just Eat» app and have listed my postal code as being part of their delivery zone, but twice I’ve tried to order from them (I didn’t remember the second time time that it was the same place until I got the call) and I got a call a half hour later that I wasn’t in their delivery zone.
Coincidentally, both times my order was fairly small (one or two people with not huge appetites) and on a Saturday. So essentially, from what I can tell, they’ll deliver to my area if it’s slow and the orders are big, but otherwise I magically move out of their territory.
So, if you want to deal with a restaurant that pulls that crap, go for it.

I normally don’t do this but i was so upset and unsatisfied with their service i just had to let everyone know don’t waste your money and go there.
I’ve been living in that area for a long time and was a loyal customer, because its really close by especially when your hungry and don’t wanna wait for food.
Anyways, they’re under new management and these people are rude and nasty. I went in to order the ½lb wing combo instead of fries i wanted them to make it a poutine… The young boy at the cash (looks like the owners son) said «ok but that would be $ 1 extra» I said «ok». The lady/​mom came spoke to him in their language in front of me (rude) then she looks at me and said «no we don’t do that», then change her mind and charge me $ 1.50 instead i said fine. I also ordered a burger for my mother-​in-​law it didn’t come with cheese so she said 75c for cheese «ok». I then asked «do you have cheddar or the process cheese in the plastic» (because i remember the old owners used cheddar cheese) The boy said «yes cheddar». In the process of making I notice she picked up a random slice of process cheese that was out on the counter for god only knows how long; because I spoke up and said I don’t want that. I was told cheddar and if they didn’t have that just let me know.
Now the dad came out yelling at me saying «that’s the cheese all wing machine use and I can take my money and go elsewhere. Not only that but they sell you either burnt dried up wings or stale food warmed up in the oven (not long enough) or microwave. I’ve seen them handle money and people’s food at the same time without washing their hands. everything is just dirty.
They do not take criticism or concern well. If you are not satisfied and you let them know why? they get very defensive and argue with you.
Am not one to complain much because I know what its like having to deal with different types of customers/​complaints and some times its not easy; but customers expect to get what they pay for and if for what ever reason you can’t deliver at least be reasonable and understanding with them.
What these people need to understand is that customers are the foundation of their business and if they are rude and cursing at everyone then they would soon have little to no customers, which will lead to NO BUSINESS.
The food was horrible and the service was worst never again well they get a dime from me.
I miss the old owners!

Worst. Delivery. Experience. Ever.
I hate to write negative reviews, but wow, after last night.
We ordered delivery from this location to my friends place in the york university village.
The delivery guy showed up half an hour late, and my friend (a girl) went to go and pay/​get the food from him.
He then started yelling at her, saying «HOW IS THIS COOK ROAD? IT IS CLEARLY SENTINEL!»
(They live in a townhouse complex, where the address is listed as cook, but the actual unit faces sentinel road)
Most delivery guys we order from know this, and never have we had any issues. Or if they do, they call. He never called, and she told him that. He then started swearing, and basically just threw the food at her. My friend was close to tears. I almost wanted to punch him in the face. And I am never an angry person.
Suffice to say, we didn’t tip him.
What a jerk.
Anyways, the food was meh. The wings were okay, tasted like chicken. Though, we ordered 2 pounds and I swear it was like 30 pieces. Like for real. Substandard, but quantity talks sometimes. Lol.
I had the burger too. That was good. Its what gives it a star.
I’ll probably try this place one more time later on, just to see if that same fuckface comes back.
