The checkout line is slow, call other employee for backup, some showed up for backup. Need more people in the cashiers when is comes to a huge line up. All of good things in the runways. The. Bathroom need to be clean every single day, is smells like urination, is very dirty, urination all over the toilet seat and on the floor.

I used to really enjoy shopping at this location. The lighting was good, the store was clean and well organized. Now — disgusting! The floor was dirty, the change rooms were dirty, the employees were unkempt. I intended to buy three sweaters — two of them I did not buy because there were large holes in the material. It was like shopping in a bad thrift shop.

This used to be my favourite winners and I guess kind of still is but since they made it 2 floors I can’t love it. I don’t like how they moved the young women’s section upstairs. It was nice having it all on one floor. Other than that I do enjoy this store except for the current traffic/construction:(I like the high end choices of clothing and purses. Nice location.

This Winners carries a better selection of handbags, clothing and especially in the Runway section mainly due to the upscale Leaside neighbourhood. I’ve been able to find a few pieces of clothing and shoes at this location which I could’t see at the other stores. They have a larger selection of designer handbags. It is a two storey building that gives the illusion of grandeur, but don’t be fooled by it! I think it is actually smaller and definitely carries less merchandize than the Winners on Warden and Eglinton East. Both stores are worth a visit if you live nearby.

I finally managed to go to the new Winners location, as this will be my local one. Size wise it’s got to be one of the larger ones in Toronto and much more reminds me of their American cousins Marshalls(all owned by TJ Maxx). The products are what you expect at a Winners, but seemed more organized than some of the smaller locations. The checkout line was long, but efficient as they have the single line vs multiple cashier lines. No more having to guess which will be the fastest line. I’m still surprised most places aren’t doing this as every Marshall’s I’ve been to in the states are one line only. Good buy.

This Winners is two floors!!! Yes! Two floors!!! The old Winners down the street closed and a new fancy one has opened up on Laird within the big box complex. The main floor has beauty, jewelry, accessories, women’s shoes and some women’s clothing. The second floor has an extensive mens clothing section(including suits), children’s clothing, juniors, plus, petites, home, lingerie, mens shoes and toys. I went opening weekend and it was packed. It was your typical showcase of women with their blinders on trying to score the best deals. But, it wasn’t insane. Every one was polite and civil. There was no rolling on the floor screaming and ripping clothes out of their hands. But, lets be honest, if there was, it would have been a good show and I would have laughed. Anyhoo, staff here are very friendly and quick. As I had never seen a Winners this big before, I asked the lady who rang through my purchases if this was the largest Winners, and she said it is for the region. If you love a good Winners hunt and want to see some super expensive stuff mixed in with reasonably priced stuff — go here. Plus, because it is in a big box area(HMV, La Senza, Future Shop, Home Depot, Sobeys, Urban Barn, etc), there is free parking!
