Write Impressions

This is a great place for cool stationary, or cool anything in general.
Although on the pricey side you can find unique items.

If you are a fan of stationery, you should run to Write Impressions as quickly as possible! Their selection of unique cards, gifts and wrapping papers are, without a doubt, some of the nicest I’ve seen anywhere. Their Italian wrapping papers are so beautiful that I literally could have bought every single one, and there are plenty from which to choose. They are so nice that you could easily frame them if you wanted. They have a large selection of leather gifts, candles and decorative things for your tabletop, and their Easter table was just gorgeous.
They have a large selection of stationery, although they don’t personalize or imprint their stationery in store. They are an authorized seller of William Arthur papers, which is pretty much the top of the line (with a top of the line price tag), and has to be ordered from the States. Their lack of ability to print in store is the only reason I gave them four stars.

Write Impressions is the place I go when I want to be surrounded by beautiful things (without actually spending the money and buying them for my home).
This gift/​stationary store carries some really unique stuff, like Italian paper products (I like the ones that look like old maps the best), super cute pop art style Pylones products, that are things like tape dispensers shaped like fish, or cheese graters shaped like ladies.
I especially like visiting the store around the holiday season because it’s decorated so nice. Plus they carry these really cute ornaments called Krinkles that are too hilarious.
My best recommendation for this store is this: It’s the perfect place to get a wedding card for your boss. 1) Because the cards in the store are truly works of art and 2) there isn’t a cheap thing about them (which is the last thing you want to seem to someone like your boss). In that case, it’s also a good place for men who’ve forgotten a wedding anniversary…
