My friend and I purchased a promotion package. We booked an appointment for 2 manicure. The place is fairly clean. Small and cozy. That is the best part of our experience. However the consumer service is absolutely nonexistent. We were rushed even though they close at 6 and it was 4. My friends manicure turned out terrible. It was uneven. On her skin. And they used a top coat that was obviously old by the thick consistency. When we asked for it to get redone the owner was visibly annoyed and upset about it. Which made the whole experience uncomfortable. When a different lady reapplied a new layer it was better than the first woman who did it. In the end we were reminded by the owner that tips would be appreciated.
Regret getting the package. Wouldn’t suggest it to anyone.

Kindly asked to book an appointment for my eyelashes and the receptionist was incredibly rude and couldn’t simply give me an available time or date. Will not be going there anytime soon

Here is a spa you never want to go to. I tried this spa a few years ago with waxing and they removed skin with hair. Not a good feeling at all. Then now after that episode 4 years ago, I decided to try them for a mani pedi that I saw on groupon. Bad mistake. I walked away with my fingers in a bandaid and my toes bloody and hurting even after 3 days. The person doing the services has no clue on how to perform any of these services. I ensured the owner clearly saw both my hands and toes up close and yet she offered no help or compensation. Debbie the owner is awful! My finger nails were all butchered and the girl lotioned my hands and then proceeded to paint them immediately. Before the night was out the polish peeled right off. I had the owner remove the tissue from between my toes so that she can clearly see my battered and butchered feet up close — she pretended it was the best she saw! Do not go to this spa!

As soon as you mention the word «Groupon», their service level drops 10 fold. You become a second rate customer and they just leave you to dry (literally) — The lady working on my nails left part way through to help someone with a waxing appointment. It felt like they double booked themselves, not very professional. The owner (I’m assuming) took over my nails as soon as she walked through the doors (maybe 10 mins later), not really apologizing just saying that they’re very busy. The mani and pedi were only standard quality, nothing special. I wouldn’t recommend coming here. You can find better quality and service nearby without the attitude.
P. S. Groupons are only accepted the first time as a customer here. Therefore you can’t use a waxing groupon for the same location once you’ve used a mani/pedi groupon here.

This was my first time going to this spa. The parking lot is right at the backdoor and very convenient. The manager is very friendly and professional. I got a pedicure and eyebrow threading here. The pedicure was simple and satisfactory with pumice and foot massage. However, I was not too pleased with the eyebrow shaping, since I specified that I did not want my eyebrows to become too thin and still the aesthetician made them look string thin. To make up for the error she used a brow pencil and told me they look fine. Would I tell everyone else to go here? Yes, because I enjoyed being treated like a valued customer.

I went here with a groupon and got my nails done. I was expecting it to be much nicer — the experience felt a bit rushed, and at the end of the day, I also didn’t like the shape of my nails. The people are nice, but I definitely won’t be going back given the service. Quite disappointing.
