Very convenient location. Across from Kensington Park, and next to bus stops for both Knight #22 and UBC(#33) buses. I love that I can enjoy a day at the park and simply walk across the street to get a drink or a snack. Quite clean, and some available parking. However, this place seems understaffed during key periods of the day(i.e. morning rush and just before dinner time). I have often had to wait up to 10 minutes to pay, and I have missed some buses as a result.

Although it does feel like 7-Elevens are dying in this city, it’s nice to know that they’re still around here and there. Parking is available in front of the store. One annoying about these stores(and this is not the first time either) is that many of them don’t honour many of the coupons out there. But hey, it’s a store, not a supermarket. I still got what I needed done.

Considering it’s in the middle of nowhere & a residential area, it’s convenient esp after a ballgame in the summer across from it; pitstop to buy those slurpees & other junk food. Also has Canada Post services too. good-size parking lot too. Not as glamorous, big or new as the other ones but does the job.
