Not recommended. I made arrangements with this company to clean my carpets. They quoted a price and an hour start to finish. The guy showed 90 minutes late due to traffic. Fair enough. The owner then calls and tells me a new price ($ 50 more) and it would be two hours. To be fair, I was pretty terse with him. He then tells me he doesn’t want my business and he’s been around for 11 years. I would recommend MacCleans ChemDry. Much better company to do business with.

Used them again. Same day service. Was polite, showed up on time, cleaned out the stains, reviewed the carpets with me, cleaned up any remaining dirt, used booties, no mess left and done within 30mins. Carpet dried 3hrs later just in time for a party.

Made an appointment for them to come to clean the furnace ducts. My wife was at home and the person upselled her from $ 250 to $ 500. Not impressed! One of the upsells was our dryer duct cleaning which we didn’t need because we are redoing our basement and all the ducting has been replaced! Also the person asked to get paid for the dryer duct cleaning in cash. Very sleazy!
Called the company to voice my displeasure and asked the person to have the owner call me. No one called, which is what I expected.

Had this co. over to clean our carpets again today and they did a fantastic job! I was in my home-​office on a call, I let them in and they cleaned, opened the windows and turned the heat up to promote air circulation, and quietly left, leaving an invoice on the counter. Awesome. We have 2 Great Danes and have gone through a number of carpet cleaners over the years, these guys are tops. Old school pride in what they do. Highly recommend them.
