There is zero customer support, yet they send me no reply emails daily. Took a deposit from me when I booked, then harassing me to «log in» and pay the balance 10 days later. Just charge the full amount up front then. Do they think I really need another log in and password? Do they think it’s fun for me to deal with yet more email? They don’t make the process any easier for the renters, and I will look elsewhere for lodging in the future.
