I like to think of myself as a pretty patient person, but this place severely tested my patience. I went in for an eyebrow wax(the sign said they took walk-in’s) and was told that the girl that does their waxing had hurt herself and had gone to the walk in clinic. I was told that I could make an appointment for the day after next, which was fine. I show up maybe 10 minutes before my appointment time and was told that the girl was on the way. I sit down and wait. After half an hour, I ask if she was going to be there soon and was told she was still on her way. An hour after that, I finally had enough and asked why she wasn’t there. The girl that was working there gave me a blank stare and told me she wasn’t even coming in today! And when I said I had made an appointment with the owner two days ago, I was told I could go get my eyebrows waxed at the spa next door! I was floored at the appalling lack of customer service and just plain rudeness. They didn’t even apologize! Maybe a month later, I get a call asking when they could expect my next appointment. I told them never, seeing as how I had been treated the last time I was there. Again, no apology, just some mumbling and excuses. Hands down, worst experience at a salon so far.
