My uncle passed away this year(the uncle I actually like, not the other one). I wanted to visit his grave this weekend, therefore, picked up a custom flower order from the W. Georgia location. They had an arrangement of «forever flowers» which I thought was more meaningful in a nice arrangement. They were kind of curious about the reasoning behind my choice of flowers as it is not a normal flower request for a grave, however, I’ve always thought outside the box and the norm and would rather have a breed of flower(s) that has some sort of legend than just off the rack. I believe that during the first year of someone’s passing if the family member is close on the father or mother’s side(sibling) than«forever flowers» should be on the grave within the first year of passing. I did the same when my dad passed away, my uncle and other family members. I’ve just had no one actually be genuinely interested in asking about my motives and questions on it. I was more than happy to explain. There is another term for«forever flowers» that is more mainstream but forgot off hand. Price was good.
