Back in town. Realized that Ken forgot to alarm the trunk. It was prewired in past by him. Will see the man to see if its an extra and what his money-back guarantee really means. Doubt he will install a Black Widow for same price already paid, but will put him up for it shortly.

My father had an alarm installed by Ken about 20 years ago. I’ve had two alarms installed, and a stereo fixed by Ken before. Just bought a new car, going to return to Ken again.

I have had Apollo install alarms in all our company vehicles. Ken is Very knowledgable and offers great products. Very attentive and Great prices. His expertise spans well over 2 decades. One of the best installers in the lower mainland. Goes through all the features in detail. Anyone who thinks him rude or dismissive is incorrect, clearly there was a misunderstanding. I would recommend ken without hesitation.

I really wanted to use these guys based on the review, however, when I called I was greeted by a rather rude girl on the phone and she informed me that the owner would not be in until September 7th. I am all for vacation, however, when you’re in the service industry you should have someone in the shop who can take over for you. She told me to call after September 7th rudely not understanding that I needed to at least have a consultation.

Quick and Easy! Got a simple disabler and alarm system for my old chevy van, was installed in 1.5 hrs at a great deal! Also got a key fob from my pontiac vibe copied as one had broken and the other was on the way out. 2 mins and done! Great prices and courteous friendly service. Am a happy camper. Especially after being told by Ralphs’ Radio that there was no way to copy a key fob, and that I had to install a whole new system for $ 450. Huh.
