Mr. Miat served as a notary in the sale of my property. Before the transaction, Mr. Miat indicated that his fee would be approximately $ 500, which I thought was very reasonable. The sale of my apartment was a straightforward transaction, with absolutely no complications. At the completion of the transaction, Mr. Miat increased the cost from the amount we had initially agreed upon to a bit over $ 900. I was very disappointed that he lured me in by quoting a price and then suddenly jacked up his rate. To add to the disappointment. Mr. Miat failed to inform me of key aspects of the transaction. I would not recommend the services of Mr. Miat to anyone seeking the services of a notary public.
