Back In Motion Physiotherapy

I booked online earlier this week, received a confirmation code and everything.
Showed up to my appointment and discovered that they have no record of my booking and/​or myself in the system.
FAIL.
Guess I’ll be taking my business to a place that actually knows how to book appointments.

I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. I have been seeing physiotherapists, massage therapists and chiropractors for years and have never dealt with the level of incompetency that this clinic seems to operate at. I followed my physiotherapist here, and he is amazing, but he has now left this clinic, and for good reason. They messed up our appointments so badly that my boyfriend was in excrutiating pain for at least two extra weeks due to the incorrect treatment being administered and booking him with the wrong physiotherapist. Though they did their best to make up for the mistake, they made yet another appointment mistake again with me later so I had to call it quits. I hope that other people may read this and be prevented from experiencing the frustration, physical pain and seeming disregard for our physical well being due to the mistakes made in this office.

I had been to a number of physiotherapists before for shoulder pain, but Jessica Edwards did a fantastic job diagnosing and giving treatment that was very clearly designed to resolve the issue as efficiently as possible, rather than drawing out the treatment over several unnecessary visits. Highly recommended!
