I am only giving this one star because I drove all the way downtown, in the rain, to do some Saturday shopping only to find it closed. I even had all my containers with me which was disappointing. No one answered when I phoned. The sign on the door said there were new hours and on Saturday, the store opened at 11am. It was around 11:10 at this point. If the store is going to be randomly closed one day, please consider putting that on the door or on the website.

Had no idea this place existed until I looked online to find live for tomorrow dishwashing detergent. Pleasantly surprised to find they had so many other great natural personal care & cleaning products! Erica was very informative and provided some samples I could take home and try. I will definitely be coming back for sure!

Absolutely adore this place! It’s a real treat coming here to stock up on bath salt and bars of luffa soap. Everything smells so good it’s hard to decide what soap to get. They have tons of natural products for household cleaning and even pet care. Erica is very helpful and a real pleasure to visit with when I come by to stock up.

Came in to buy some organic baby shampoo for my gf ‘s newborn. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the lady behind the cash who was so kind and informative about the products being sold in the store. I purchased some alcohol free witch hazel in a travel size infused with rose essential oils to use as a travel toner when I travel. I also picked up 3 of the pure Shea butter samples at the front in unscented, avocado oil and argon as well as lavender to give my friends as gifts. Unfortunately they were all sold out of the baby shampoo I was looking for but I’ll definitely return to grab more organic and green products during my future stays in Vancouver. Such a cute little store!

What a great place! They have great products and prices and I really like the concept. The owner(at least I think it’s the owner), is very knowledgeable about the products. Go and check it out!

In my quest to find natural products that I could use to clean, I found this little shop off of Hornby Street on the north side of the Burrard Bridge. They have very high quality, concentrated products but you, surprisingly, save money as you don’t pay for the bottle and so on. Many products are local, made with gluten free ingredients and without all the fillers and toxic ingredients. You can bring your own containers there and they refill for you. I would highly recommend to anyone as there really is no reason not to!

The premise is simple, bring your own container and refill it for cheaper than you would normally at other stores(*cough* Whole Foods). They carry cleaning, skin and hair care products, among other things. I recommend their Shea butter especially for folks who suffer from eczema. It’s much cheaper than in other stores.

Love the products I have tried so far. The Lavender conditioner is very healing. Almond soap lathers very well. You only need a little. I LOVE showering lots now because of the products I have been buying. The essential oils are very healing. Never had this kind of experience with showering products or soaps before. Inexpensive. Now I am trying other products such as bath soaps with essential oils, candles… all made with natural ingredients. Will graduate to laundry soap as well — soon. The owner Erica is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. If you have any pain or health conditions, I would highly recommend trying these products with essential oils. It has revitalized me.

Only place downtown where you can get refills of dish, laundry and hand soap. They carry good quality brands like Sapadilla. Refilling is cheaper than buying the same plastic containers over and over again, and much less wasteful. They also make their own cute mason jar dispensers. Friendly service too.
