Horrible. They rip you off, have HORRIBLE service, are late in delivery, ask you to come pick up missed and delayed pieces, do not communicate, are rude… agh. The product isnt that great. either. Get a sofa bed. Or at the least, do yourself a favour and buy somewhere else.

If you’re in the market for a sofa bed, making those increasingly tiny Vancouver apartments fit for guests while still getting something that looks nice in your living room, BedCetera is the place for you.
We’d been shopping around for one for a while and were, grudgingly, almost ready to settle for Ikea, when a friend put us onto this little place. For a relatively moderate price (decent sofa beds always being almost indecently expensive), here you’ll get your furniture custom-​made with easily two dozen shapes and sizes and an infinite number of fabrics to choose from. All their sofa beds come with real mattresses, in sizes from twin to queen. We’ve had ours for almost three months now (building takes 4 – 6 weeks) and I can therefore also attest to the quality of material they use. All in all infinitely superior to Ikea models and at an only slightly higher price, which is, in turn, much less than what other custom-​builders in the city offer. They also make regular sofas, armchairs and other furniture, in case you want to mix and/​or match.
The only reason I’m not giving full stars here is that I personally thought that their delivery charges were a little obscene (although the thing admittedly weighs a ton) and that I don’t appreciate it when «4 – 6 weeks» turn out to be closer to 7. But in terms of what we got for our money, I’d recommend this place to anyone.
