First time at this eatery and will definitely go back. We had beer and pizza and the pizza was some of THE best we have had in Vanc. Great service, laid back décor… the kind of place where you can sit and relax on a rainy day. Our server, whose name I should have gotten was the sweetest fellow, who helped make our visit that much better. Oh and there are loads of books laid out for customers interested in reading… yep that thing you do when you aren’t texting.

We were walking and stopped by this restaurant. It’s cute and I love the atmosphere. We were promptly seated. Our waiter Donald was very friendly and was joking with our kids. We ordered pizza for the kids and we ordered their breakfast special. It came pretty quick, we were very filled and good was okay.

Overall I would give 3.5 stars to Bellagio Café. My friend had a birthday brunch and breakfast with a bunch of friends and me around 1pm. We made a reservation as we had more than 10 people. It was great that we didn’t have to wait for seats and we got seats once we had arrived. Ambiance/atmosphere: This café is like a big coffee shop that offers breakfast, lunch and dinner. The environment is quite causal and comfortable. Service: Our server treated us well and took great care of all of our orders and needs. He was friendly and polite and gave us a good impression. He would not rush us to leave the restaurant although we stayed a bit longer. We asked to order a piece of tiramisu with a candle because it was my friend’s birthday. The server said unfortunately the restaurant did not have a candle. We said it was okay by just having the tiramisu. I would think that most restaurants should have some spare candles just in case someone wanted to celebrate his or her birthday there. Food: The food was really«so so» or okay. I ordered a dish of lobster roll with salad and fries. Among these three types of food in my dish, the fries tasted the best! It was hot, crispy and filling with potatoes. However, the portion of the salad was super tiny and had not much dressing and the main character of the dish that was the lobster roll did not give me any surprise! I had a really good lobster sandwiches at Joes Coquitlam in the past. This one at Bellagio Café had nothing special. The bun was good but the lobster inside the bun was«meh»… Pricing: The pricing is just like the one in other restaurants in downtown Vancouver. They are not too cheap or too expensive. But if I would have a choice to have brunch in downtown, I would probably go to Forage with better food and better quality.

Food was mediocre. Had the goat cheese salad, beets weren’t cooked enough so were crunchy; dressing and goat cheese were okay. Awesome location right across from the Art gallery.

The eggs benedict were hard boiled, coffee mediocre, under staffed and wasn’t seated due to that. There were plenty of empty tables. I stress the hard boiled eggs benedict, never had such a thing.

Pretty disorganized. Food just OK. Dirty dishes piled at the bar. Staff seems like they’re just keeping it together and it’s not *that* busy. You’ll get fed, but was it worth it?

A very pretty little place just down the block from the Fairmont Vancouver Hotel. The atmosphere is cozy and warm, with a nice outdoor seating area. The patio area overlooks the street, but must be nice when the tempetature is above 20C, and it’s not raining… The staff are pleasant, attentive and welcoming. We tried their breakfast special– 2 eggs, potatoes, toast and a choice of bacon, ham or sausage. All for $ 9.99 Canadian. A very good price, and so close to the Fairmont, I was surprised to see so many people having breakfast there on our way out.

Awesome brunch spot in the CBD. Not sure why some people said the eggs Benny was mediocre, I ordered the Roman benny with prosciutto crisp and arugula and it was fantastic! The breakfast potatoes were delicious, perfectly herbed and seasoned. Great service as well, I will definitely be back!

I went here for dinner during a conference. The atmosphere and service were both nice, and the pizza I got was quite yummy. Not amazing, but not bad.

This a ok restaurant. I went with my colleagues for a lunch and some of them did not really approve the food. I had«exotica salad» with salmon instead of chicken. A friend of mine didn’t like the dressing, but it was good enough for me. The salad itself was ok and the salmon was tasting good, but the smell of fish was really strong and i wasn’t very comfortable with that. The menu has a large amount of options which wasn’t a bad thing for us since we were a big group and there was enough option for everybody. Also the waitress was great and a can’t complain at all about the easy location.

I give Bellagio a grande«Meh.» It wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t anything special either. I ordered the french toast, which was, again«meh.» The price was about ordinary, maybe pushing expensive for the quality. The batter they dipped the bread in was a bit on the eggy side for my taste with what felt like overcooked scrambled eggs stuck to the sides, but picking around those, it wasn’t bad. It just wasn’t anything to write home about. The breakfast potatoes and coffee were similarly A-Ok but nothing exciting. My friend had eggs which he delightfully told me were«actually orange» because apparently our American eggs are closer to yellow. I don’t think that was something Bellagio did right so much as Canada. I will say those eggs were cooked very nicely. The bacon they came with was thin and lacked anything to make it memorable. Same went for the toast and potatoes, though those being starches makes their lack of memorable flavor more acceptable. Would I go back? Probably not. On vacation, I want to leap just a little bit away from the ordinary and not right into something I could make at home. That said, if you’re local this might be more appealing because it’s literally what you could be cooking in your apartment but without all the hassle.

This location is best for people watching specially on a sunny summer Sunday when catching up with fellow Unilocal mates. We were sat outside overlooking the side of the Art Gallery and watching the action happening on the sidewalk. The décor is average and the service was timely and to the point. I tried the eggs Benedict with Ham which was just ok, nothing to write home about. I also ordered an Earl Grey tea which was nicely presented in a metal teapot and matching cup and saucer. Overall, this is an ok place to meet up with friends over a simple meal.

Awesome location just off Robson. Great for people watching in the summer. On top of the location is great quality food! As a person who seldom eats pizza I can highly recommend their selection of thin crust pizzas and the carbonara pasta is awesome!

Wow. It’s rare to deliver a 1 star. And likewise, rare, to find such a bad café dining experience. Server could not have cared less about us. Empty café, and we obviously were a complete inconvenience to her. I mean why should people *actually* have to work these days? Food was pretty bad honestly. I ordered the chicken and Brie sandwich. The chicken obviously grilled earlier and reheated in microwave for a sensational rubbery leather consistency. Mmmm! Other members of our party ordered breakfast– Denny’s would have been better. Price was high for what was served for a lunch menu. Had we not been so hangry arriving into Vancouver after our road trip, we would have researched this better and given it the big swerve! You too should also give it the big swerve.

This place is cozy with an Italian friendly environment. I’m not sure why they’re only 15 reviews. I ordered Eggs Benedict and the hubby ordered the Full Bellagio Breakfast and they were delicious. We placed the order and it was no more than 15min wait. I definitely recommend this place.

***Visited in October*** The lobster mac and cheese is worth every penny — 2195 pennies. Pricy, yes, but the lobster oil and chunks of lobster meats — beats out everyone else’s. I’ll have to come back for the happy hour between 2pm and 6pm.

First time here! It was open seating, we had 5 people altogether, we chose the upstairs round table! We decided to share dishes, family style. We ordered two appetizers, two pasta dishes and a lasagna plate. It was just perfect for the 5 of us! The food was pretty decent. Freshly made! However, service wise, it wasnt too great. Very slow service. We asked for tabasco sauce for. our appetizer, server didnt give it to us in time. He bought it over to us when we were done(15 – 20 mins) later. Also when asked for an extra plate, it took about 10 mins before he remembered it. Overall, food was great. Service I expect better.
