Horrible customer services!
I stopped there to unlock my phone.
It was done in 20 minutes.
However, when I returned to pick up my phone, the guy asked me to pay before I could see if my phone was working (I had issues with this device in the past). When I told him I would wait a couple of minutes to make sure everything was good, he laughed in my face. There was nobody else waiting in the shop, but he said that it would have saved HIM time if I would I have just paid right away. We had a big argument, he would not let me talk. This guy was really rude. There are so many places to repair phones, I would rather giving my money to someone who cares about customers.
I don’t recommend this place.

Excellent service, fixed within 45 minutes! My iPhone 6+ screen was cracked and it’s now replaced and as good as brand new! (I also purchased a screen protector). Great central location, lots of parking on Broadway with reliable, fast service. *Plus a 90 warranty on my new screen! Definitely recommend this place.

Shattered my Galaxy S4 screen. BeyondCellular replaced the glass in an hour. Used their Unilocal coupon as well! Very nice customer service.

Had the screen on my nexus 4 replaced a few weeks back. Was done fast and right away for $ 180. Screen didn’t look great especially in sunlight and actually started getting small cracks the same day. Went right back to the store and was told that it was not their fault and that they could fix it again for 10 dollars off. Ended up going to a place near Chinatown where they fixed the screen for 90 dollars and haven’t had a problem since. Would avoid this place. Seem to use faulty or cheap parts

So far it’s been 3 weeks since they took my phone that would be ‘ready next tuesday’ and they haven’t contacted me once.

I shopped around for a long time before finally finding their ad on Craigslist. They had the best price to replace the glass on a galaxy s3. Satti, their technician, was amazing and did the job as I had a coffee nearby. Great customer service and a good deal. I definitely recommend them.

Very efficient service. Dropped off iPhone with broken front and back screens at 2:30pm. Was told it would be ready by 4pm and would cost ~$ 100 including tax. Everything was ready as promised.
Very conveniently located at Broadway x Burrard. I had tried contacting several other places that promised very cheap rates, but got no response. Walked in to this shop and was happy to drop it off and pick up later that afternoon.
Highly recommend this place. They repair and unlock phones, tablets and laptops.

Dropped my iPad2 and completely shattered the screen. Did a search on Unilocal and chose BeyondScreen. The repair job was excellent and done in under 24 hours despite a pretty significant dent in the corner of the case. I hope I don’t need to come back, but wouldn’t hesitate to. Thanks! They also carry a decent selection of phone and tablet cases. Might go back for one of those. ;-)

Got my iphone 4 unlocked. First place I went to tried to charge me $ 130 (rip off) and these guys only charged me $ 40. Very quick and works just like he said it would.
My friend came in at the same time as me to get her screen on her 4s fixed and it was done in 20 minutes. This place is infinitely better than a random sketchy cell phone shop
