We charted a 40 Carver in September 2015. We loved the yacht. It ran well and performed beautifully. However, on returning the boat, they did not have a diver available to check the bottom for damage. Later they said there was damage and kept our $ 5000 cdn. There was no damage but we can’t prove a negative. Be ware.
