In general I appreciate the Blue Ruby chain as you can get something modern and somewhat elegant for under $ 120. It fits a reasonable price range. I don’t feel that the jewelry themselves is meant to last, however, good for the season fad. Also if you want to buy something really nice for someone but don’t want to spend a shitload of $$$ this is a reasonable place. You wouldn’t want to wear this jewelry in the shower. This location is always quiet and I always feel like I am being watched for the wrong reasons which makes me nervous about shopping.

Always more than helpful, the staff at Blue Ruby have got their game faces on. I overheard an interview once and the staff was super keen on product placement and really knowing the products that are being sold. She was evening asking her things like, «Do you know the significance of this jewelry in other cultures?» I think that’s intense, but I’m glad to know they’re putting effort into their sales. As a side note they do amazing gift wrapping for Christmas. I’m not sure if this is an anytime offering, but it was more than welcome for the several gifts my boyfriend bought for his family! Also, Pyrrha anyone?

Nice selection, blah blah blah but seriously, please re-think letting sales associates wear the goods and sell them as new. Promotion is good but if I’m paying full retail, I don’t want someone to have wore it before even if it’s in the store. Otherwise, sell it as «used» or as «sample». Do you want to be wondering if someone has worn that hair band for a whole day, sweating? I used to buy stuff there until consistent experience of seeing the associates modeling the goods in various Blue Ruby stores. And why are all these Blue Ruby and Aritzia sales people so tiny?!
