Budget Blinds serving Vancouver West Side

Unfortunately I had a very disappointing experience with this company (BB north and west Vancouver now does Vancouver westside as well). So-​called «design consultant» didn’t understand what I wanted and the wrong blinds showed up. When I contacted the company I was told that this designer no longer worked there so any misunderstanding was just my version of events that the company couldn’t verify (no idea where this person went that she was unreachable). I was told that Budget Blinds expects their customers to know what they’re ordering and take full responsibility for their orders. Why bother sending a designer then? The «designer» had also botched the measurement of 2 out of 4 blinds. I wasn’t prepared to pay what they wanted to replace all 4 blinds so I kept the 2 that fit, even though they weren’t what I wanted. I still had to pay to replace the blinds that didn’t fit — I was told that this was because I switched them to the style that I wanted in the first place. When the replacements showed up only 1 fit. The other was from someone else’s order. Apparently they don’t have time to check the boxes before the installer picks them up. It took 3 tries for me to end up with 4 blinds that fit — 2 of which aren’t the style I wanted. Would not use this company again nor would I recommend them.
