Whether you feel sweet or savory, there is something for everyone here. Love watching the guys put these tasty concotions together right in front of your eyes. Panini’s are good too. Does get busy so the service can be a little slow but overall good food.

Worst café crêpe in Vancouver. It’s an express store so they don’t serve you and the employees are rude and over charge. Go to Robson instead.

Stumbled upon this place last year on my trip to Vancouver with my wife. It’s truly the best place to grab breakfast in town. They have Nutella everything so if your a Nutella fan I’m sure you can get your fix, I recommend the Nutella crêpe or milkshake with banana added. But the real treat was the chicken club crêpe. Honestly to die for. Can’t wait to get back up to Vancouver!

It’s okay, but the food and service was not the greatest. The location is great and could be a great place to hang out…

Very good flavors but the service at most of it’s locations sucks. Servers ignore you and you have to beg them to get a menu and the order. This should be only fast food and not a restaurant

This place has the worst customer service ever! There are a few crêpe places downtown. Go to the one on Robson. I had the worst experience here and will never go here again. I ordered the nutella strawberry crêpe. They barely put any strawberry on it. The crêpe tasted soggy and gross. The girl that makes the crepes is mean she has a snobby look on her face at All times. They make u feel uncomfortable. Everyone that works here look like they hate their job. It’s awkward. It’s not even worth your money and does not hit the spot. Customer service is key in business, and the quality of food. I love crepes and am embarrassed about this place. Shame on you guys. The manager really needs to step their game up.

Haven’t been to this location in a while. Came on a Wednesday lunch got a Togo savoury crêpe. No line up but waited 5 – 10 min for my food. Service was normal as you can expect. Good was good. Can’t ask for anything more for a hot to go lunch I say. I wish had more locations… Or in different cities … Since I’m only downtown today for a seminar

I can faithfully say I come here almost EVERY time I visit Vancouver. I heart crepes. Service can be shoddy, idgaf… JUSTGIVEMEMYDAMNCREPE. Nutella and banana was my go-to choice on this visit. Hazelnut, chocolate, and banana. Party in my mouth. The crêpe was soft, buttery, and sweet. Simply delicious. Trust, I will be back.

I try to go NOT in peak hours as there is limited seating. But I sure enjoy my strawberry, banana, walnut, Nutella crêpe.

I love crepes especially all the different kinds. I went here twice since I was craving for something sweet and came upon this place. The night I came here I got the basic Nutella banana crêpe, it was delicious and did satisfy my sweet craving, they just put way too much Nutella. The second time I came here I didn’t know if I wanted a savoury crêpe or a dessert so the girl recommended the stuffed French toast crêpe. The stuffed French toast crêpe had Brie, strawberries, egg, maple syrup, and cinnamon it was good but a bit overwhelming, I think the crêpe needed to be cooked a little bit more.

The food is okay but the big problem is the young untrained servers! There re so rude & they don’t care of u as customer! Careless for that reason I stopped going there until I see some changes.

This place is expensive for the crêpe you get, however, it’s fun watching them make the crêpe in front of you. It’s almost hypnotizing. Customer service is not there. If you ask for an extra napkin, especially for the really loaded savory ones(you will need them) they look at you as if you were asking something illegal. Everyone acts as though they hate their job. No matter how friendly I am, they all act as if they have a stick up their a$$. I come here ’cause once in a while, especially during that time of month, I have a craving for a nutella banana crêpe.

I did enjoy my crêpe… but I’m not a crêpe connoisseur and I don’t believe my expectations were met either. I was hoping for a light, chewy, maybe even slightly crispy crêpe with toppings, which may not even be possible. ?. I don’t know. I ordered cinnamon and sugar, with caramel cream sauce and a scoop of vanilla ice cream. It was served up on a plate. First bite was quite soggy and chewy. Decent texture, just not what I had in mind. I loved my combo though! Tasted great. Was it worth $ 8.00? No. I’ve got 15% off to use again, and I will. I may try something different or do more add-ons :) I’m going to take«Ayeka» up on her suggestion and try Bön Crêpe next time. Cheers for that tip! :)

I am not one to go find issue with an establishment and then rant on the internet unless I am REALLY blown away but how disgustingly awful it was. I went there today with a girlfriend of mine and we came into the door way was not greeted or acknowledged by the wait staff that stood a few feet away, after a few minutes finally someone popped their head around to see that we were just standing there and said take a seat anywhere. So we did, at first one of the standby servers followed us with menus but then retreated and never even gave me a menu I had to go scope out another one from an empty dirty table. Abut 10 minutes later our drink order nor food had been taken. I stood up to see the only two servers again standing and chatting and I just looked at them and said Can we order now? she came over right away About 15 minutes later two men walk in and these servers were ALLOVER them. I found this kind of funny that because we were female we were not treated the way a paying guest should be treated. As I was paying I mentioned to our server that it was the one of the worst services I have ever had. and she basically said Oh sorry. I told her no one greeted us or took our order for a large amount of time and that when two men walked in you were all over them. Her response again was Sorry, and that they were talking out who would take our table. NO. You were standing around gossiping. Furthermore, I work in the hospitality industry. Funny thing is if the girl had done her job right I would’ve tipped her 20% but sadly all she got was the change of a dollar I had.

I ordered the French toast crêpe from this guy who was standing by the register that seem like he didn’t want to work there. lol. So he took my order and said your # is 76. Okay, so I sat by the window while watching the guy make the Crêpe. He opens this container and pulls out a half sheet of pre-cooked Crêpe and places it on the heated Crêpe making surface. Okay, I’m a little confused, but when you order a Crêpe from a place that calls themselves«Café Crêpe» shouldn’t you make the Crêpe fresh and how long does it really take to cook the batter? I paid $ 7.50 for a small Crêpe, that was pre-cooked, re-heated and didn’t taste like French toast(where’s the maple syrup Aye?). Also, if I was the only person ordering to go, maybe instead of giving me a # they should have asked for my name. Honestly, over-priced, poor product and bad service. How does this place stay in business?

I found the layout of this place confusing. Regardless of which entrance you come in from — street or indoor mall lobby — there isn’t a logical flow of where to go. Are you supposed to take a seat at one of the uncleaned and disheveled tables? Are you supposed to order at the window? Are you supposed to shuffle along the narrow space between the wall and counter to order at the register? The night I went, neither of the employees even bothered to make eye contact and looked like they hated their jobs and lives and me for standing there wanting to order food. I suppose I was expecting a menu on the wall behind the counter since it’s such a casual place. Instead, there’s actually a nice standard restaurant menu to browse through. I ordered a ham and cheese crêpe with spinach added in. When my order came, I was starving. I took one bite, and I was disappointed. The crêpe was bland and tasteless. I immediately felt like I had just wasted my money. I ate the whole thing and still felt unsatisfied and let down. A great crêpe leaves a taste that lingers in your memory, one where each bite is savored and you feel sad when you’ve reached your last bite. This is not the experience you’ll have here. I dub this place — Café Crap.

Review is for the beer and the semi patio, more like sidewalk seating, rather than the crepes. Never tried the crepes, so I will not comment. I have come here for drinks, beer only. Prices are reasonable $ 14-$ 15 for a pitcher. I’m not a huge beer drinker, but I do join my buddies here for a drink only during the summer when we can sit outside. It does get a bit crowded b/c peepz like to come to peep watch — there is an awful lot of foot traffic at this location. The seating area on the sidewalk is rather small. Tops, maybe 15 peeps can fit in the sectioned off area, and that’s pushing it. Overall, this is only a so-so for me. There are other patios that I would sit at.

One word: Ripoff. For 8.50 I ordered the«Fresh Strawberry with Cognac» and it was very plain. There were maybe some small pieces of strawberry and that was it. My friend ordered the banana and nutella and she did not like it that much. It was WAY too sweet, too much nutella filling which made it very soggy and hard to eat. For great crepes go to Bön Crêpe on Robson located inside the Konbiniya instead which is a 10 min walk from Café Crêpe on Granville… for nearly HALF the cost you can get way better quality crepes crepes, and a more generous portion. I don’t recommend it to anyone and I probably will not be back.
