Apartments in this building are mostly 1 bedrooms and they are not advertised online. When there is availability a sign goes out on the lawn and you need to call the number on the sign. The weekday and weekend building managers are really fantastic — I boast about how great they are whenever I get a chance. I remember when I was applying for an apartment here and the weekday building manager was on the phone with the garbage collection company taking them to task for being late and not putting the dumpster back in the same place. This is a good example of the attention to detail demonstrated by the building managers. I was concerned that this sort of approach would create a rather stifling building atmosphere. In reality though, I’ve never felt like the managers were policing my behaviour too closely. Perhaps they are good enough at picking tenants that there really aren’t that many issues. As a bonus, there is an outdoor pool that is maintained so well that folks actually use it and there’s some serious competition for the best deck chairs on nice days in August & early September.
