Their bed is of superb quality and owner Claudio did a good job explaining the different designs of their bed frames, as well as the pistons and hinge mechanisms. I’m a small person and I find their mattress platform the easiest to lift and pull down. I give them a 5 star for their service, a great team of people to work with. I enjoyed doing business with Claudio, Jon and Jason and I do recommend their excellent products and service.

Do not trust in the Condo Bed Store. I ordered a bed frame from this company and DID NOT receive the same bed! Even worse… The manager Claudio did not want to do anything about it. Instead he offered to sell it on craigslist for me. Do not waste your money and trust this company! Shocking and unprofessional experience. I will tell others so they don’t make the same mistake.
PS: Thank you for your «reply «CondoBed Store but may I ask you to tell the truth next time.
I will continue to write reviews so atleast other people in Vancouver can think twice before entering the condo bed store.

Four stars for their unique storage bed designs that employ what I think are good lift mechanisms that you won’t find elsewhere in the city. Three stars for their prices… I think because they don’t have much competition, their prices are higher than other storage beds. If you add on the cost of the latex mattresses they sell, the cost of a set verges on the OMG level.
So why did I give an overall two stars? What I think is very important for these types of businesses and one that separates the good from the so-​so is not so much the price and quality (though they do count in the end) is on customer service and satisfaction. This is where this company has a lot of work to do. Sure, the owner-​salesperson is nice and friendly. However, return communication is poor. After sales service is difficult as calls and emails are not returned. If you do get through, you might get a «I will call you later when _​_​_​_​_​.» However, you don’t get a return call. This is not just a one-​time occurrence. I’ve experienced this several times over the coupe of years of dealing with them. This is frustrating when you need service or a followup to a question. Be forewarned!
